There are many different ways to think about “leadership” and the values that should or shouldn’t be part of that.
In this post, I’m just providing two different resource I put together using some of the themes from the TV show Ted Lasso and the masterful coach to help us think about how best to approach others in and outside of work or organizations with regard to the following ideas. This is surely not ‘definitive’ but hopefully a valuable resource to help folks think about things such as:
- The good intentions of most of the characters, and the capacity for acting on those good intentions, and the awareness that people have of others’ good intentions.
- Really excellent coach-based leadership
- Community, belonging, and identity to a shared mission or purpose.
